22 Jun Sewage Pump Failure
Has your sewage pump pit overflowed? Is the pump turned on but nothing is happening? Was the pump working previously but not now? There is a strong chance the sewage pump is blocked. Turn off the pump. If you leave it powered up, it will most likely burn the motor out. Do Not use the bathrooms or kitchen. Do not try to force the pump to work as this can damage the pump circuit. We do not recommend trying to repair the pump yourself as the wastewater can make you extremely unwell if you have no experience working with it. Call your nearest pump repair company and try to be calm. Stay away from the overflow and if it’s a sunny day, use your garden hose to dilute the overflowed sewage.
